Between 10pm and 12:30am on June 28 Beijing time (4pm to 6:30pm, June 28, German time), as the Co-Director of CSI 2018 Prof. Jian’an WANG demonstrated live procedures of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) and Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) at Hangzhou China for audience at CSI 2018 at Frankfurt, Germany. Right after the live demonstration, Prof. WANG flew straight to Frankfurt to speak at CSI 2018 about Hangzhou experience of TAVR for Chinese patients.
Prof. WANG is a renowned interventional cardiologist in China who has won multiple scientific awards in the country. Lead by Prof. WANG, SAHZU Cardiology has been growing fast in recent years, ranking the 8th in China in 2017. It also participated in the designing of Venus A, the first Chinese made artificial heart valve, and possesses 7 related patents.
