Effect of dietary fats and/or fish oil supplements on the improvement of glucose and lipid metabolism and related metabolic disorders and metabolomics analyses.

Role of dietary factors, using nutritional or molecular epidemiologic approaches, in the cause and prevention of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and other chronic diseases in cohort studies and intervention studies.
