Chair of SAHZU Thoracic Surgery Prof. FAN Junqiang and his team were invited to perform a left upper lung sleeve lobectomy for lung cancer at the Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital on Dec. 3. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the leadership of the Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital.
During the visit, Prof. FAN Junqiang also delivered a keynote speech titled "Application of VATS After Neoadjuvant Therapy" at the "28th Ho Chi Minh City Annual Conference on Cancer Prevention and Control," the largest and most influential oncology event in southern Vietnam.
To build a broader cooperation network, the delegation also visited the 175 Military Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City to discuss the potential for collaboration in lung transplantation.
