SAHZU and Alibaba DAMO Academy have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly advance the development and clinical translation of medical artificial intelligence.
The partnership brings together DAMO Academy's AI research capabilities with SAHZU's clinical resources and medical expertise to address major medical challenges and deliver higher-level healthcare services.
Under the agreement, the two sides will collaborate across several key areas, including cardiovascular disease screening, malignant tumor diagnosis, pathology agents, medical image analysis, and dynamic health management. The collaboration aims to develop innovative medical AI algorithms and software products to improve early diagnosis rates and treatment outcomes for major diseases. Both parties will also work together to translate research findings into clinical applications, actively conduct clinical validation of relevant medical AI technologies, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of these new tools before they reach patients.
