A 15-year research project on the treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia and the efficacy of inhaled antibiotics in pneumonia caused by drug-resistant bacteria: from animal models to clinical phase II and III trials, comparing the advantages of nebulized antibiotics and intravenous antibiotics in terms of lung tissue concentration, bacterial killing and clinical cure of VAP, has resulted in a major advance in the treatment of ventilator-associated pneumonia in MDR.
Optimal treatment of ARDS and clinical application of CT and ultrasound, development of clinical application tools to promote optimization of mechanical ventilation in ARDS patients.
