Dr. Yu mainly focuses on the diagnosis and therapy of glioma, head and neck cancer and rectal cancer. Special attention is also given to hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer. Her current research interests are focused on mechanism of glioma resistance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy; and tumor recurrence pattern, with aims to achieve dose escalation and minimize radiation related toxicity.
