Research Summary

To understand the molecular mechanisms in response to immune check point inhibitor therapy(anti-PD-1/anti-PD-L1) in bladder cancer patients through analyzing the T-cell receptor diversity together with whole exon sequencing in cancer tissue.

To get the onco-gene by whole exon sequencing of the head and neck cancers and predict the onco-protein to make peptides, and pulse with the APC cells to get specific CD8+ T cell clusters, by analyzing the TCR, design and make the engineer T cells to specifically kill the tumor cells with the oncoprotein.

For the first time prescribed the mechanism of GALNT6 glycosylates Estrogen receptor-α, through which promoting breast cancer cell proliferation and cancer progression.

By using HIPEC treatment together with PARP inhibitor and immune therapy, to improve the prognosis of recurrent ovarian cancer patients and to invest the molecular mechanism.
