Repairing the severe skin defects by developing novel biomaterial scaffolds.
Trying to modify the scaffolds by chemical loading, gene modification and some other methods for the delivery of bioactive factors to promote the angiogenesis of scaffold.
Improving the recovery efficiency of chemical burns, especially for hydrofluoric (HF) burns, including cardiac toxicology of fluoride ions, CRRT for chemical burns, intravenous or intra-arterial infusion of gluconate calcium for patients with HF burns.
