Prof. Ni's primary research interests focus on the immune microenvironment and drug resistance mechanism of breast cancer, especially the pre-metastatic microenvironment of lymph node and viscera. Prof. Ni published a series of papers as first /corresponding author on Immunity, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, Clinical Cancer Research, etc. Meanwhile, as the principal investigator, Prof. Ni conducted a number of clinical trials on breast cancer endoscopic surgery(NCT05600153) and early breast cancer screening (NCT06016790).
