Dr. Zhu's research focus mainly on valvular heart disease:
Dr. Zhu and collegues found the significant predictive value of perioperative injury staging for the prognosis of patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement, and this provides important evidence for surgical risk assessment. The studies has been published in CCI and Eurointervention (TOP journal).
Dr. Zhu reported for the first time on a patient with long-term survival of type A aortic valve dissection after transcatheter aortic valve replacement, providing potential evidence for diversified and personalized management after aortic valve procedure.
