Although the history of the Department is not long, we have made great achievements both in clinical and basic science research. The Department is conducting several research projects supported by the Natural Science Foundation of China, National High-tech project (863 Project) and so on. Many distinguished achievements have kept our department in a leading position in China, particularly in the research on endometriosis and carcinoma of ovary. Our gynecologists have authored or co-authored dozens of clinical articles and research papers in specialized science magazines.
The Department set up a public educational website of endometriosis, which is the first one in China and warmly received by patients.
